Can I return an item?

Yes! You absolutely can!  Simply inform us at New Fashion Online of your decision to return an item within 14 calendar days of delivery to you for a full refund.  You can inform me by simply sending an e-mail or fill in the contact form with your decision to do so. Please include a reason for your return.  Please make sure that your item has not been worn and that you return it in the original condition and packaging it was sent to you.  If applicable, please make sure that any attachments are included. You are accountable to arrange for the return of the courier at your own cost. COD returns will be rejected, sorry to say. Deliveries must be sent to: NEW FASHION ONLINE, 25 DF MALAN STREET LYTTLETON MANOR PRETORIA CENTURION, 0157, attention: Robson  Unfortunately we cannot collect returns from another destination. Please make sure that you pack the item safely so that it doesn't damage in transit and that the parcel reaches us within 5 working days of informing me of your decision to return the item.  Please obtain a tracking reference number as I cannot be held accountable for any delivery that did not make its way back to me. 

Note that items on sale, or any form of discounted value, coupons or gift vouchers are not eligible for refunds. These items are all available for exchange as long as it is within the exchange timeline as shown below. 

 

What if 14 calendar days have passed?

You are most welcome to return as long as it is within 30 days of delivery to you. If you inform me of your decision to return an item between 15 - 30 calendar days of delivery to you, it is eligible for an exchange. You can inform me by simply sending an e-mail or fill in the contact form with your decision to do so. Please include a reason for your exchange. You may exchange it for a different available size or an entire different garment. Any difference in value will be payable by you and no cash refunds on any lesser value items. Note that the exchanged item is subject to our standard delivery fees as outlined above.

Ok, I have returned my parcel for refund/exchange. What are the next steps?

Once I receive your parcel, it will be unpacked and inspected to ensure that the item is new and unworn and that all garment fittings (if applicable) has been included in the return. Please be aware we reserve the right to refuse an item sent back for return or exchange if it is determined that the item has been worn or if it is missing any applicable attachments.  This will be the sole interpretation of New Fashion Online and no debate will be entered into.  

If you are eligible for a refund, we will ask you to send your bank details and return the money into your account within 7 calendar days of receiving the item back. If you are eligible for an exchange, let us know what item and size you would like in its place. Note that the exchanged item is subject to our standard delivery fees as outlined above.
